Refund policy

Slater Manufacturing Corporation accepts returns on new, unused items purchased directly from us within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging, stickers and product cards. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one (1) billing cycle from the date the returned product is received at Slater Manufacturing Corporation. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

• Slater Manufacturing Corporation warranties its products to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If Slater Manufacturing Corporation determines, in its sole discretion that your product is defective, then Slater Manufacturing Corporation shall, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace your Slater Manufacturing Corporation product without charge to you. All replacements are subject to availability. Slater Manufacturing Corporation will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurring as a result of loss or use to your Slater Manufacturing Corporation product.
